wow. GREAT JOB!!!. for someone who polishes a lot! myself the plenums are one of the hardest parts ive came across to polish. Its the damn bubbles in them I did one and spend probably a total of 10 hours on the thing over several days. Cerious what kind of stripper do you use? looks like you got it all down pretty well.

and as far as the DIY guys. just get an extra plenum or whatever. AND START SANDING! haha.. START from 120grid and work your way up till you see no more bubbles/paint/base then around 600grid plus ALLLL wet sand baby. get some mothers polish/micro fiber cloths and rub in then watch the majic happen =) very simple. just very very very time consuming. wish i still had time to do it =\
