Default Headlights blacked out

Finally got around to doing this. A painter friend did all the work. Took at least 5 hours, but it was worth it. I was very skeptical on how this would turn out. It's a pita to do, but it came out way sicker than I was expecting. They were painted matte black, blinker light bulbs changed to brighter/more orange ones, two clear plastic cover pieces removed along with the little orange ones too.

Bro, that looks sick. I am actually doing the same thing on my new build, wasn't sure whether to do it matte black or gloss black... But after seeing yours, I think my decision has been made. Great job by the looks of the pics. Your Z33 also looks to be coming along quite well, keep up the great work.

When you say the little orange ones, are you referring the four amber leds? If so, are they easy to replace?

Reminds me of my car. Still saving up for that sexy diffuser though. Looks good. Please tell me you did the sti replica lens while you had it apart.

I was referring to the little orange brackets that cover up the blinker bulb - i took those out.

No, I didn't do the sti lens swap. Does it make a big difference ? I wanted to do it, but had no time.

Hows the light output now that you've had this done?

that looks amazingly clean, man. I've seen some painted headlights look pretty bad, but that was extremely well done.
