Numerous coats of paint stripper. Even at that it didn't take out nearly the amount I wanted it to. The rest of the way I had to hand sand it off= PITA!

Oh my bad. I actually bought the clear ones about a year ago, but never installed them. They aren't exactly clear, it looks more like its white and a bit tacky. IMO it was ricey so I stuck with my amber lens.

I don't blame you. Clear lenses were so '94. Keep up the good work man, car is beautiful. I would kill to get those SSR's. I had the WORK Meister 3-piece S1 full polished that I reallllllllllllllly regret selling.
More pix of the show HERE. I'll prolly post more pix of the actual show in the proper section (events). BTW, I took home 1st place in the 350z modified class!
I hopped from one city to another looking for a bracket like this. I practically went to every Pep Boys, Auto Zone, and Kragen shop in SoCal until I found this particular one. I'm not exactly sure which shop of the three that I bought it from, but its one of them.
one of the cleanest z's on the forum. very well thought out. I could not have built it better myself... possibly minor changes like which coils or my dream lip (CF power enterprise) but I own a cf veilside lip... shows great taste. The progress is great since last time I checked this thread out!

The first half of this year was strictly engine work. I sneaked a little other mods in here and there, but nothing big. I'm now dialed in to save up for next years mod= BBK. I know that's a big expense to dish out so I'm getting a head start and putting aside any loose change now so that "hopefully" I have enough by next year to get them.
