6 months after I sold my Z

It's designed for the Front Mount Intercooler. As with most turbo cars, cooling is utterly important and in order to retain the front plate to pass US customs they have to mount it to the side. Otherwise, the front mount won't get enough cool air. The front bumper's design, including the small circular openings, is to cool the FMIC and the lower intercooling piping.
Thanks bro. Actually, yes and no, because a) My Z was a 5AT (I know, I know, that's the main reason why I wanted a new car) and b) the Evolution MR is the only 6 speed Evo - also why I chose it over the standard GSR or the base RS.
Thanks Zephyr, and if I never said it before, I always like your userID and LOVE the avatar Please don't change it!
Bro, if I ever head to Austin again (which is probly this summer) I would love to meet with the local members!
I love the Z bro but come on you know I don't like the 5AT...and turbo'ing that would have been a pain for maintenance. Actually I remembered when I wanted to do a swap it came out to be around 8k quoted for parts and labor to go to 6spd! yeah I pretty much gave up on that idea haha
Thanks bro! Glad to have some Z owners' love as always!
Thanks bro, I appreciate the constructive comments. I know the Evo isn't every guy's car. But I know deep down inside everyone has a place for the Evo or the STi, whether it's the speed, looks, or handling. If anyone have never driven one, they will most likely have a different impression of it. The Evo does have a "racer" like style but I wanted to give it a more "track star" look to enhance its already aggressive stance.
To me, it's really quite the poorman's supercar. If anyone have seen the Top Gear's Evo 8 MR FQ-400 racing a Lambo Murc. then you'll see why it's awesome! And that Evo is an 8, not a 9 which has a better, more powerful engine couped with a much better turbo. The FQ-400 MR has the same suspension but with 400 (crank) HP. Any Evo 9 is capable of easily reaching 320-330 AWHP with minimal mods and a good tune. This is equal to roughly 450-500 at the crank (depending on what % you're using to subtract for drivetrain loss - which can be 30% to 40% on any AWD car)

Beautiful Man!! I still don't understand how people think EVOs are ugly?!? Definetly one of the most aggressive looking cars on the road! My tough decision before I got my Z was between an EVO IX and the Z. My buddy just hit 340awhp in his Evo X with a tune and bolt ons! It's a rocket now!

I hear you mang. Glad it's turned out well for you. I feel like I have a poor man's Porsche driving my car in West LA, lol.
