jus wonering if i have a lip on there, do i have to take it off in order to take reflectors off?

yes take your lip off if you ahve one to read the underpanel. Unscrew it and reach your hand inside to unscrew the reflectors. If you need to see a front bumper without reflectors look at mine =)
