I love my base stereo. I don't think I will be replacing mine, its everything i need.

 

Thanks for checking out the post. The base stereo is pretty good and not like the BOSE. An upgrade in the speakers might help the sound more but I can live with it.

 

Did you have a 2003 and traded in for your 04? Or is this your first Z? And is the HP the same?

 

This is my first car. The 2004 model and 2003 are pretty much the same.

 

Nice choice kbomb, i got the same exact ride ride on Aug, 30th, 2003... except i got a free rear spoiler with it and some other accessories... and i was quoted a '03 price but got the '04 instead (first week of '04 availability)... so i was thrilled... i have over 2500 miles on her since then... (its hard to keep her parked)... im addicted... as soon as you get the chance, clear your sidemarkers... it looks much better on our Silverstone...

I was thinking about the clear sidemarkers or maybe smoked ones. I just added the chrome accents to my grill from Pepboys. Its not too shabby.

did you put aftermarket rims on yet and if so, can u post a pic?

Are you going to put in aftermarket HIDs? I think I read on another thread that you were. I just wanted to know how much they go for and how long it takes to install them? Also, is it difficult? Thanks.

 

Im still saving and considering HIDS. The kit is around 400 for a reliable onel like Philips. The installation is hard though and takes time and I think some cutting. Check under Body/Exterior section for DIY thread. It should show you how but i would advise to have an expert helping you..
