Default Just had my wheels powder coated

I was bored yesterday, so decided to take couple pictures. The black lug nuts are on the way. Let me know what need to be added/removed.

Thanks.

Looks sick I had mine PC almost exactly like yours minus the TA stripe. It looks fantastic. As for the cost it was roughly $500.00 for me including mounting and balancing after they were done. Plus the paint Vs. PC fight is as old as time (not really) and it comes down to 2 things. 1) Quality 2) if you have the funds available to do it. I also went with spacers to make the wheels a little more flush to the fenders and Muteki red lugs. In for pics when you get the new lugs on...

Looks good but you're about 4 years too late on being fresh with the time attack stripe. Shoulda just made them all black.

A clean Datsun was gorgeous out the door, in the mid 90's, and today. I don't agree with your statement. If TA looks good and is pulled off well like his is then it's just a good liking ride with a sick PC job. Are you saying lambo doors on civics were ok in 2000 and not ok now? No the answer is they were never cool and TA's were always sick (when done well)

there probably painted. its very impractical to powder coat calipers after a cars left the factory. VHT or DUPLICOLOR caliper paints look great i've been using them for years

Thanks for the comments.

They're PC flat black, but somehow they look glossy in the picture. The calipers are painted, and they last for almost 2 years with no problem.

I'm planning to do black roof overlay, but not sure what to do with the XM antenna.

LOL you mean ms paint....the touch ups do nothing good for these pics.

I say throw the originals up...the rims themselves odnt look bad.

edit: Im pretty sure the OP is modding on a budget..hence why the stocks where coated and pinned. otherwise why would you not go find volk TA's
