*** TimeAttkZ's Build Round 2 ***
As many of you guys may know, I left the Z scene about 1 year ago by selling my precious 2005 350z to embark on a new project. After showing my Z at Hot Import Nights LA with some fellow my350z members at what I thought was the pinnacle of my Z's build, I was set to move onto something bigger and better. Although I loved my Z and it took alot of time and money to build her the right way, I always wanted to own and build an M3. I loved the M, but after throwing on full suspension and wheels I was stuck on what was next. I could spend thousands more to CSL out the interior/exterior but ultimatley FI was out of the question concidering the hefty price tag that comes along with BMW systems. Your looking at 10-25k depending on the build for those of you that are not familiar with that platform. Lucky for me, I sold the Z to a family friend (Ajay aka 350ZEEEE)and as I saw it often I soon realized that after all the money and time spent on the Z, I regret not finishing it off completley with FI. I sold the M3 in this terrible economy and took a loss, but ultimatley was excited to start a new 350z project.
My goal with this Z is to build the perfect blend. A solid track set-up (time attack events), while maintaining a streetable platform that I could drive often. The foundation for project would come from a White 6speed 2007 HR base model. As much as I loved a Black Z with the TA's, it was time for a change.
After driving the 997 Porsche GT3, my whole world was turned upside down. Since I could not afford to be apart of the P Car world just yet, I was completley insipred to incorporate Porsche styling with this new build, while keeping the true charicteristics of the Z. Some custom work will be done and this Z should be different than most Z's on the forum. Clean, functional and aggressive is what will be focused on. This time around my Z will see the track!
The pics are not the best, but this thread was overdue as Ive had the new Z for about 2 months now. New Parts are always on the way. I dont believe in bull$hit teaser threads so I will be updating often as the build goes on.
Here is the new Z, next to the old Z

Joe thanks brotha, its good to be back. Well have to get togeather and take a photoshoot soon.. Ive got some ideas. Your Z is looking dopee as well.
All 06+ models have the same headlights that are HID homie. The sun was still out and the angle of the pic makes the light look yellowish if thats what your thinking.
If your refering to my old black Z, yes those are the non-HID headlights. But it is upgraded with an HID system.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys.
Absolutley, but no nismo kit homie. You will have to wait and see how the porsche look will get incorporated. Were talking interior and exterior...
