Do you know how much weight cutting the sheet metal out saved?
About 60lbs according to my builder. Yea its a ***** getting in, more so than other race cars I have sat in. I take it out on the street every so often, never had so much fun lol. Its still registered, gotta love Florida and no inspections lol
Lol I have yet to find a better shift **** than this one. Feels perfect when wearing the thick alpine star gloves...but thanks to my350z, I am going to have "butt plug" in my head everytime I shift on the track

Here are a few fly bys from the first event on the new motor. It was in the rain, hence the early braking into turn 1. Normally I am flat out through 1 into 2. My build thread has all sorts of pics and what not, check it out!!
