used the 3m on my evo and will use it on the z. its great and easy to work with

 

i requested a sample of XPEL and the weave is almost identical to the dinoc. i compared it to the dinoc on my roof. it feels like a good durable material. i haven't applied any XPEL on my car yet to test the adhesiveness.

 

if i bought the 3m di-noc to wrap the center console what size should i get?
24 x 48?

I've used Di Noc before and for what it is, it's pretty good stuff. Has anyone used this before? I have to say from the pics, it looks damn close to carbon fiber:
