HB Presidents Day photos (sry to the folk socked in by snow)
We may have mudslides after a rain and earthquakes, but we also have days like this mid-February....
The waves were pumping big time. Huge. I walked down to the pier and snapped off a few shots.

No one caught this one.

He got in the tube but I missed the shot.

Another overhead.

Look close, is that his reflection or a guy who had to dive under the wave to get back out

My favorite shot from the day. buckethead knows why.

It's also about 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27/29C at the aft
) so the sand courts weren't vacant like my last set of shots.

Nice warm day. And only 11:30 a.m.

The pier was busy.

A lone fisherman and his tackle cart.

This guy stayed all morning and wandered around; apparently not afraid of humans

Yeah, I REALLY am not trying to rub it in. We had some rain last week and mudslides and such. Well the inlanders did, not us here down by the beach, but still....
i keed...going to Aloha Grill this Afternoon....

To drink a few "Rainbows" (three kinds of rum in 80 degree weather. K, that was WAY harsh)

I feel so bad posting this Presidents Day.

Yeah, living in HB is great. I feel bad for those who live further inland, especially during the summer. It's almost always in the 70's so I never have to turn on the AC. The thing is, I live so close to the beach but I don't go there as often as one would assume. Maybe that'll change this summer since my new gf loves the water...
I was relegated to media share so I bumped it for folk who look at new posts.
OGs who show sunny stuff get sent to time out but OGs who show snow get to stay in the main room
