I will do a spring seat mod on the rear tomorrow, bringing it 1/2 " lower in the rear. Also have Nitto NT-05 285/35/18 on order. Overall diameter will be 1/2 " taller than current setup

You rear plate is crooked.



Otherwise rad looking Z

Although, I do agree that you need some meatier tires to go with those sweet wheels.

Depends on which tire brand and how low you are. I know when I ran conti 285/35/19 on 10.5 +22 wheels and dropped about 1" i had no issues. When I switched to 285/35/19 BFG's I had to cut fenders. So for 295 I'd say you will probably have to cut/roll fenders.

I won't go wider than 285, I am racing the car is Street class where there is a tire limit - 285

I did this mod...really didn't get the drop I wanted. I ended up sucking it up and buying coilovers. Just my .02

Clean z though and I really like that interior shot...cool pic!

I also have swift springs on my Z, and with new tires and a mod I should get additional inch that would close the gap
