Updates and Some Interior House Pics
OK, so here is a list of what I have done on the house so far:
-Change front landscaping, fix irrigation and backyard landscaping
-Install built-in office wall (desk, bookshelves, cabinets, etc)
-Install built-in entertainment center (new TV to fit it, of course!)
-Epoxy coating in both garages
-Cabinets in both garages
-Install wireless alarm system and additional keypads and contacts
-New kitchen barstools and son's bedroom set (not really part of the house, but due to different layout of house)
Here is what is pending:
-Install stealth lock system in office (http://compx.com/stealthlock/)
-Install doors with color-matched fabric in entertainment center (bottom right, where you see the equipment, it will all be hidden)
-Install doors with glass in entertainment center (both sides where you see open shelves)
-Install Fluted columns in entertainment center (just on the sides right next to the tv)
-Install *****/pulls on entertainment center
-Re-paint entry/foyer, alcoves, all 3 kids' bedrooms
Thought I'd share some pics.

LOL! Look at the pics of my car on the driveway, and you'll see an automatic gate. To the right (in the pic) is the 1-car garage for my Z. Straight back is a 2-car garage. That whole area behind the gate is called a porte cochere. It's basically a courtyard or huge driveway. i park the Titan there at night and the kids play basketball, ride bikes, etc out there. It's great, because we don't have to worry about them getting hit by a car or other issues if we have to go inside or something. You can see the dark area on the floor plan is the porte cochere.
Intense, of course! Smokin' deal on the wheels and tires and they selected the offsets and helped me with the tire selection as well!

LOL! I own a small business that I started almost 8 years ago. We provide payment services and point of sale systems to small businesses. It is a very competitive industry, but we have cut out a good little piece of the pie through providing a level of service that others cannot or do not offer. I have to sacrifice a lot to keep that up, but it has its rewards.
