The big build has started :)
Thanks! I have not yet. I am waiting to get the coilovers in and all the suspension on and set up. At that point I will measure out to see the exact offset that will be needed. Then we will be able to figure it out. I cant wait though!
Geo from Vivid Racing got me hooked up with a set of dg5 true coilovers. Well they are finally made and just got shipped to me today! I should be getting them soon. So excited!
I decided instead on retrofitting the IQ3 into the z cluster or getting another cluster made to surround it, I would go with a simple back mount for the cluster and here it is super easy and only 3oz lol.
No particular reason actually. The main I guess would be I have used the DG5s before and loved them and they worked great for me. I stick with what I have used before. I do think when I build another car (most likely will be an fd or a g35) I will go with something out of my norm.

ahh ok I just know the truly competitive people use the adjustable shocks then swap springs depending on the track. I guess if you ever get to where the coils are your limiting factor you can switch it out right...
I wish I was that baller I could say these great coilovers are just not good enough for my driving skills lol.
There will be no updates on this until Jan. 4. I will be out of country diving in Bali & Wakatobi. When I get back I should have all my parts (minus the wheels) finally and we will start putting the car back together! Happy Holidays everyone!

I just got back into the US from almost 3 weeks in Indonesia. I will be home late tomorrow night. I will take pictures of the rear airjacks for you. It makes things so so nice and easy.
