Mostly mounting

 

Ok, I will talk with the tech that fabricated the mounts for it and let you know. I know he didnt take pictures of the process when he made them though. Ill see on my next trip up there if I can get some more pictures of the mounts as they are now for you.

 

remove the hatch surface wing mount, and go through the hatch to a mount directly onto the frame.. the gt500 will produce enough downforce to crack the hatch unless you reinforce it underneath.....

 

That mount is already in the process of being made. He already had that planned. They were doing an open house for the new shop and wanted it "together" to show it off. Once the mount is made and installed we will get pictures up for sure. Thanks for the heads up though !

 

this. a friend of mine has a time attack STi that he did that with his Kognition wing. didnt get many pics of it and i know our hatches arent even closely related to an sti but

Thanks for the pics / links for the wing bracket. Chris is almost finished with making it so we should be good to go for that.

 

All that is left until the car is good to go is the following:

driver side window bracket made for lexan window
chassis harness made (so I can keep brake lights,turn signals etc etc
fuel lines ran
hydraulic e brake lines ran
install of 2nd brake calipers and brackets for hydraulic ebrake
mount made for the f1 mirrors to be mounted
labels on the fuse panel

after that all we need is tuning.

With labor and parts I have a little over 80k into the car without the price of car itself.

 

Prob be lucky to see 40k for it... if that.

I hate to say it but there is next to no resale in these cars once modded.

 

I would be happy with 40k! Life has changed..priorities have changed.. getting married so time to move on I was thinking of putting it up for 35ish..

wont be an epic part out.. It will just be a sale and will keep it together until it sells.. Or trade for an Hummer H1 wagon haha

 

30k is my guess part out would get you way more money
