I had the car tuned a week later and it made 295whp/248wtq. I'm taking the car back this weekend to put the stock manifold on and retuning to see if it makes a difference... My power just doesn't make sense! I'm not too happy.

Any updates on this?

I never had a chance to put the OEM manifold back on to test it. I did go back to have the car retuned since I wasn't happy the first time. The car did end up making 307whp/263wtq, but between 6500-7500, I was loamy 40whp. The tuner thought it was something to do with the VVEL since UpRev hasn't been able to break the code yet. Well, apparently it was the dyno with the problem. They replaced a sensor and I had the car dynoed again on Saturday. The car didn't see the 40whp loss, but only made 293whp.

I'm prett much out of ideas...the car just doesn't make the power it should . A guy in West Palm Beach just ran a 12.3 @ 113mph...NA! My goal was to run a 12.9 NA, but my car doesnt seem capable. I'm going back to the track next Thursday to see.

Interesting.

I assume you've spoken to Hydrazine about this. What did he say?

Yeah, he couldn't explain it. There have been multiple tests done with this manifold now. Some people have shown decent gains, while other have showed minimal to negative gains. So far, it seems like there is a correlation to the more mods/tune you have, the more it hurts the powerband.

Well that's a sad state of affairs!

I assume you're going to sell it then?

Not yet...I'll wait until I do more testing to see if the OEM manifold makes more power/results in a faster mph at the drag strip.
