I don't think getting in a wreck "with" a drunk and "from" a drunk are really comparable...

make sure to UPGRADE those dubs. And leave the dubs by the curb for the trashman

its close to the holidays and they are being slow since the other dudes insurance is taking care of it. havent even gotten it from the towing yard yet

haha, i had some G35 track rims before but had to sell them to pay for school. no one would buy these lol

How do you figure??? The pic doesn't really show views from inside the wheel well or under the body.

my wheel was cambered in much more than it usually is and it had to be towed because it wouldnt drive straight. i tried to drive it maybe 20 ft down the road and it pulled to the right and drove like ****.

Totalled, imo, especially with the airbags deployed.

Did that drunk driver put those wheels on your car also? What a jerk.

i have no clue what you are talking about.




anyways, the other insurance company has yet to contact me. Ive called them and left the two voicemails. one yesterday and one today. guess my holiday plans are out the window.

always with the rims lol, at least they sit pertty flush and are 10.5 wide. they get the job done. i do miss my G35 track rims tho

UPDATE: finally in the shop. its got $8,500 worth of damage not including a new rim and any suspension damage that might have occurred and its still not totaled. WTF??! anything i can do about this? And what should the depreciated value be?

Well at least the car is in the shop, I still don't see any suspension damage yet. OP you can find a local private adjuster in your area to help you out with the diminished value, NOT ALL STATES HAVE DIMINISHED VALUE LAWS ON THE BOOKS.

Georgia has a diminished value law. Im still going to try to talk to insurance to consider the lost inherent value in the calculation as to whether the car is to be totalled or not. They are being real sketchy though.

I am in the insurance industry & trust me your not going to out talk the PROFESSIONAL INSURANCE ADJUSTER. Don't hold your breaff on getting the car totaled
