I was seriously giving it some thought but I need to come up with a better final product.

I know you just quickly mocked this up, but it seems like it'd be easier to operate flipped 180 degrees so the handle is facing forward. I could be wrong.

Agreed.. I've seen it done before like that but I have a Nismo SS and its adjusted to its lowest setting, I think I'll start scraping the console panel if I mount it that way. The side ways thing would work for the Lemon and Pineapple style grenades but not the frag which is going to be the one I put more time and effort into. I'm planning on opening the bottom of the grenade and inserting a Delrin or urethane sleeve that goes all the way to the primer then tap it 1/2 way through the sleeve so it'll eliminate the need to run a garnish piece. I've found that the most comfortable way to shift is wrapping my 4 fingers around the grenade body and resting my thumb on the lever... kinda like a thumbs up with a grenade in your hand lol. I really like the input... keep it up guys.

I don't think I would take that anywhere an airport parking garage. Someone might think you were a suicide bomber.

LOL... Ok I'll keep doing some product development then. I've gotten a couple PM's and judging by a couple posts people are pretty interested.

Haha I like it. It's small changes like that which set a car apart from the others.

that looks awesome bro. very unique idea. that would be a great product to put on the market if it was a little bit smoother on the hands.

Powder coat instead of paint. That should keep from getting as hot.

Hey Flo-rida!

It's funny that I happened to stumble on a thread about this and it ended up being yours! I've had a couple grenades laying around the house and I was thinking about it the past week about how they could fit on where the shift **** is because of the hole in the base, I have the exact same make and model grenade as your one in the picture; could you please pm me how to drill etc.. basically do everything to get the grenade on as a shift **** please! I'm also not sure if I want it to be facing handle towards me like yours, or handle towards the console?

Thanks again!
