You are correct.

I run nitrous and short rear end gears, and therefore monstrous torque.
Traction is a major concern for this set up, so yea.. about them 325s.

Regardless, this aint a bashing thread my friends.. ill point out my use of several smilyes.. ha.

Its a public forum people have comments and opinions, and I made sure not to derail your thread either fellas.

please continue. I think it looks sick, yes.

but i was only adding thoughts to the contrary IMO, and overall it shouldnt be a big deal.

Woould you hellaflush an LP640? That was my only point, and just something for you to think about why ppl think its nuts.. thats all.

SMILE!

Damn!! Hahah. I love it how so many of u that have never even driven or have had a car with this style talk so much crap about it! .

I have gone over 160 MPH running negative offsets with skinny tires as most call it without an issue. You'll b surprise by the way the z handles in this stage.

So I'm sorry, you should have read the title before coming to the thread! And if u don't have something nice to say just get the Funk out of here!

Plain and simple.

Oh, just to add.... I've got two 10lb nitrous bottles in the trunk too... And my "hellaflush stretched" tires are still WIDER than my OEM tires were...

I've also got a Vortech kit sitting in my closet waiting to go on the car...

I guess what I'm getting at, is you can have your cake, AND eat it too

if one person w stretched tires ( which already has its own dedicated thread btw, so be prepared for people to post all over this thread ) would at least be honest about the sacrafices to handling, longevity of parts, damage of the car it causes ill be shocked. This is where the bottom drops out on the hellaflush argument every time.

Again there are far worse hobbies.. just sayin no one would give any of you guff if even ONE of you said" yeah its silly but it looks super cool, and thats all i care about...but youre right that im slowly breaking my car.. i just dont care".
Really i dont think anyone really cares what anyone else does to thier car to be honest. I dont, and Im surely not "mad". But you better love what i did w my car or youre just as lame... see my point? I have a VS kit.. i get crap all the time... i dont get mad tho.

Cmon man. The only "hate" happening on your thread is the hellaflush guys angrily defending what are all reasonable points of contention about your set ups. No one is "mad" about your car.. hahah. Jesus. Its a web forum.

But the argument is this ....seriously? so you drove a car w 2 bottles on nitrous over 160 mph on a car w giant toe and camber problems and a completely deformed sidewall and now you think ONE of us will think youre crushing it?
Sweet. No. So lets not mention these things. Probably didnt think abot that before hitting the post button.
When you tell me and others that we dont know what were talking about, thats why people my age think youre all kids.. because 16yr olds think like that.
Grown men do not, even if they are idiots.

you are totally and completely correct about one thing tho.. i dont belong anywhere near this thread anymore. I think its my 33 yr old gray bush.

lol at toe/camber problems...
alota of stanced z/g are stanced with alignment specs nearly OEM...0 toe and minimal camber...
your calling "stanced/flush cars" for kids, you put a widebody veilside kit on yours, ruining the already beautiful lines of a Z...the kit is the same one of Fast and Furious tokyo drift with nearly the same color scheme..

lowered/rim'd Z/G...or F&F 350z with wheel gap...

and lowering/stancing Z/G are for kids....if anything its the classier route.

I think its pointless to enter a thread with a clear description in the title, only to bash the OP's cars. Yes maybe most of you do have valid points. But if I came in a thread, titled "Broke 1,000HP/93 Octane" where a bunch of these "mature men" are driving 400-500hp daily driven beast in california, and brought up the point that their gas guzzling, non emissions passing DD is literally contributing to killing the planet, at a time where shortage in oil is driving gas prices so high, that middle class americans can no longer afford to commute to work, I would more than likely get flamed to hell. And I could still point out the irresponsibility, and at the least legality of the whole issue.

Not to say this is how I honestly feel, but these would be valid points, that any mature gent could surely understand. But at the end of the day who gives a f*ck, as just by the title I knew what the mindset of that particular thread was going to be..? I'm just saying if you can't appreciate what's being shown, then move on. We all know everyone has their own opinion, we just don't all care to hear it.

Totally agree that this is probably true for THIS forum. I just joined stance nation last night, and spent several hours reading through threads. There were a couple of threads started, especially under the "exclusive" topic, that I was foreseeing a whole lot of hurt coming down on the OP, but every time I was shocked. Always extremely constructive criticism, and super classy. Yes its a dedicated site to like minded people, but the way that the forum itself is moderated pushes this trend. It was just really refreshing, and sucks to come back to this. Even though I love my350, there's some aspects of it that are just lacking..

Anyways back to topic. More teaser vids OP!!

Take it to the track and see how it does against a stock Z.

Most stanced Zs looks better than every other Z. Honestly, it does. Besides a select few.

@terrasmak : I dont go to any tracks, so i dont have any timed runs. I drift my z, way better than going straight.. but when going straight i have smoked many z's. I even feel bad about the G with $hitnetics that couldn't keep up and got off boost so he wouldn't look bad.

1st i will probably go to a track and be told i can't run, since i have a welded diff and stretch tires and couple other things that might required of me having a roll cage which i dont and such and such. I guess i'll keep it sideways for now, which is way more fun...

I've read some VERY stupid things in this thread, most relating to hella-flush guys thinking their cars can still handle with sissy contact patches and retarded alignment specs.

Whatever though... the OP's Z at least looks good.

too much of anything is never good.. riding low is cool and all

but the last thing i want is my car scraping, vigorously bouncing up and down on the freeway, wretched camber, and looking like i cut my springs to achieve that hellaghey status

I have over 24k miles on my set up and have had zero "parts issues" My last set of tires lasted my 14k miles before camber wear got to them.. then I flipped them and got another 10k miles out of them.

I'll agree that there comes a point where some people go over board and do too much.. excess can be garbage.. modest negative camber and a good drop is clean in my book. If you want to drop a few thousand on adding power and tracking the car every once in a while more power to you but not everyone is out to be speed racer.

LOL @ the vigoursly bouncing up and down comment. To ride like that you generally have pretty stiff suspension. Maybe you saw someone on bags or something.

Your tires only last 14k miles? Then you flip them over to experience annoying tire roar? Wow you must have money to burn to go through tires like that. I guess to each their own.
