Your Vehicles As They Sit Now

I drove one for a month when i was living with a friend overseas. Great car but expensive maintenance and parts are sometimes hard to find. Took 4 weeks for a dealer in abu dhabi to get a part for the door handle. It ended costing several hundred.

on the plus side, wherever i drive my 911, kids point and say thats my car and everyone gives me the thumbs up. driving it just feels special. its not as fast as my vortech 350z but when you're behind the wheel and hear the flat 6 behind your head, you know youre driving something out of the ordinary.

Thanks man I appreciate it. Was going to do the Swift/Bilstein combo like zwick but decided to go for quality coilovers for adjustability and occasional track use. SPL RCA's are coming in tomorrow then waiting on deciding which coils to go with before buying toe bolts/arms (true vs. oem)... all part of the master plan . Would buy it all tomorrow but a man's gotta survive (and pay for the ball&chain lol)

Whenever i needed anything for my car, my dealer always had it in stock. the service my porsche dealer gives me is incomparable to nissan. theres a lady in the waiting room that makes me lattes and they have every kind of snack you could ever want!
parts are expensive and maintenance is also expensive. to put it into perspective, i had a full exhaust on my 350z, I/H/HFC/M and it was about $2000. for my 911, a full exhaust was $6500. just the exhaust tips were $650. i got a full amuse aero kit for my 350z and it was around $1200. for just the gt3 front and rear bumpers, it was $3500. an oil change is $300. new brake pads are $1000.
