To your q, my doc bought a bank bldg and built it out to suit his needs. The awning in the back keeps my car cool and uv off.
Orthopedic drs are at the top of the food chain, good ones make 4-600k easy. Guy drives a 5 yr old Tundra, wife drives a Ford suv. Treats me like his brother.

THanks for your thought, but I will say he doez deserve it. Works his azz off, ambitious, smart as h*ll. He was learning his specialty in NYC when 911 happened. Treated several hundred people there. Plus,

Interesting on the bank bldg.... my doc (part of Kaiser) is also located in an old bank building. Whole bldg converted to med offices. BIG bank.

First, thanks to all the folks earlier in this thread - or maybe the now sideways "CA Drought" thread - 350ZChad, Trav, jhc, and others that recommended Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax for those of us in drought restricted areas.
One question: Where do I send your commission checks!?
Awesome stuff!! And I haven't even gotten beyond just washing da Niz (will polish and seal after next wash, no time today).
And, because I used so little doing the Niz, my DD Volvo even got a wash!
Note how little water ended up on the ground! Just from wring-outs!
Easily paid for itself already too, as the local hand car wash or detailer - have to take it there due to the spoiler/wing - charges about $35 to do just a wash and vac! And I get to maintain MY own quality control!
So thanks again for all the tips, guys! Stoked about this stuff!
