Nope, Chargespeed has similar sides, but not middle piece.

honestly i have no idea, my friend gave them to me they're carbon fiber. all i remember is him saying that its a company called downforce usa or something, they also have a lip and rear diffuser to match ,i also have the diffuser but took it off
