BPauto did a roberuta setup on an r35. It's only about $6-8k.
Why don't you do the ksport joint.
I actually like the oem gt wheels.
Hey what's another 8k Lol. With the coils and sways more like 10k-12k i hate to disappont guys but that kind of cash it's gonna take a while before I do a drop! Just wanna get a fender roll, rims, and finish the airbrush for now! Wanna enjoy the car this summer.
I have mixed reviews on the rims some say keep some say go. I was gonna throw some spacers on and rock them out for a while but since is show only car can't see rolling stock rims ya know. So they might be up for sale
Volk GTS' wheels with the proper offsets will look goofy with no drop. You will want to lower it immediately.
I disagree! The car doesn't look goofy now in my opinion and it's not lowered. I think the Volk GTS will make it look better because it wont look OEM, nicer deep dish rim, and the wheels will be flush. And Yes i agree i will want to lower it right away but i try to do things the right way and not rush it like most guy who just do springs cause they can't afford coils. I would rather suffer for a while and do it right the first time. I'm doing the entire suspension all at once with cups because i plan on going very aggressive with the offsets and drop and my car is not a trailer queen (garage queen Yes)
Like i said before my original plan was to keep the GT rims add spacers and lower it first then do the Volks. But from what I have been hearing from shops is rims first then lower it so the fenders can be rolled properly. Some decisions are hard to make but you have to plan it out and follow it through. I'm not rich i can't just do everything all at once
Just wanted to update my pics just got the volk gts on +30f +18r with the hankook evo v12 255/35/19f 285/35/19r I also had the fenders rolled. Decided to go a different way with the car coming up next will be Brembo slotted rotors with ARP extended hub bolts and cusco sways with KW V3 coils! Not going to do the cups just to damn expensive. Just have to settle for a mild drop 1-1.5 in
Hey guys if you wanna keep up to date with the build of my 350z and check out the shows I will be attending with daily pics, video's, disccussions, event covarage and much more check out my page at www.facebook.com/staggeredfitment
Now thats a clean car. If I had to do it all over again it would include the LX kit. Very classy.
Great job with the parts!
Chris
Thanks yes I love the kit its my fav. I did the car right and didn't skimp on the parts I went with the real kit (hybrid) and highly recommend.. the replica doesn't fit well. i've seen it in person. I hate when guys mix and match kits and this was the only complete kit I liked and didn't wanna change the lines of the car.
