Looks good , i do see two things you can do in the eng bay to clean it up. Remove the idler pulley, search for it , simple to do. The remove the hose that has the motordyne bypass installed in it and plug the hardlines.

Thank you! I was nervous on how it would look whenever I dropped off the parts.

Dang I didn't even think about plugging the coolant lines, I was just looking at the bypass thinking how ugly it looked lol and I'm gonna have to
Look into the idler pulley delete, that never even crossed my mind. Thanks for your help!

WELL!!! got the car back on the road again!! put all the pieces back together and runs good!!

got scared at first because when i was letting the clutch out in first and second gear i would feel this subtle vibration. Turns out it was the strut bar sitting right on top of the plenum, so i just raised it up and problem solved!! Thank goodness

Taking the Z next saturday to go get tuned at JTran Studios so im really excited to see how the Z performs because it feels like i have no mid power at all

well here are the pics!!

I took alot of pics of the bay because the copper does not show well on the camera for some reason. well yall get the idea lol

and some outside pics!

AND......

My status seat. Not the most comfortable seat but its not too bad, maybe when i drop 20 pounds like i keep saying i would it would be perfect!!

Well thats all for now. Ill post up the results after the tune and then the next plans are as follows

Uprev Tune - Saturday April 7th
2nd Status Seat - End of April to early May
Wheels & Tires - Mid too late Summer, most likely August
JWT Flywheel and Clutch, Quaife LSD and Nismo differential Cover - November to December

Ill update with random parts i get here and there so i can stay happy between the big purchases so stay tuned!!

lol i know what you mean, the idea was all black interior with red buckets and then i wanted the bay with polished pieces but i didnt like the polish so i went with copper. I like my bay with the copper so im debating on going with black buckets instead of the red.

I really need to sit down and hammer it out lol

Got the car tuned by johnny at jtran studios and the car feels great! Apparently I was hitting lean cut and caused power loss needless to say. He also activated WOT throughout the power band and some other little things I didn't understand lol

Car made 257hp and 224tq on mustang dyno (heartbreaker) and he said stock revups typically make 215-218 on his dyno so I'm quite happy with gains. I will post up dyno video and sheet tonight.

Johnny is a great guy to work with and I'm going to go to him for the rest of my performance side of my build. With that being said, I will no longer get the 3 piece wheels I wanted and opt for a light set which is where I need yalls help.

I'm deciding upon advan rs and wedsports sa-55m
Here are reference pics. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I personally prefer the Weds. I threw on a set of those advans with EVO offsets, but even from a side view I didn't like how it looked on the Z that much.

Good to know. And thats what Im afraid is spending tons of money on the wheels and it won't go with the z.
I havent seen these Advans in person yet so I could only go by picture. thanks for the input.

I know the look is thrown off a bit with the car's body panels being multicolored, but the multispoke doesn't look that great regardless IMO.

Ahh I see what you mean, they don't look too bad, but you're right about the multi spoke on the z. Thanks for the help rickdogg. But now I'm questioning all the wheels I had in mind because they were all multi spoke in that similar style

Well it depends. The weds in the correct color choice can look great on the Z. The advans not so much.

Well I was thinking of also the tc105n. So if I were to get either of the weds wheels they would in that matte gray color (I forget what that color is called)
