no ones hating on it. You post pics on a public forum which obviously means people are going to give their input. Don't post pics if you're not ready for people not liking it. If you want, I'll lie and say that I like the tail lights. Something tells me you'll get tired of it after a few weeks and go back to the OEM look.

 

I'm all for hating on the mods OP did. However, I don't see your point in inquiring about his age. How old exactly do you need to be to own/mod a $30k car?

Though I don't like his decision to black out the tails, I don't think that stems from immaturity, but rather, personal preference.

So, while we are at it...how old are you? 60?

 

I would've just sold the led tails and got the non-led-then tint. But thats just me if I were to go that route.

 

What size wheels are those, 15's? Why is it so f'n high in the rear.

 

Makes your car look cheap. Tint the head lights to match then your ricer makeover is complete.

I do plan on lowering it. I just bought it a month ago give it time and ill lower it within the next month...the tires are 18s. 18x9 in the front and 18x10 on the rears

 

Not hating and I definitely understand where you're coming from with the black wheels and blacked out tails but I think everyone's just more so pointing out how bad *** the led tails were from the beginning and painting them just covered up their appeal. I blacked out tail lights in the past on my old Teg and totally regretted it a little while afterward.

grey and black is a good combo but those 06+ tails look good without a tint...or spray like you did.

Oh and it actually only takes 10 seconds to pop the tails off the car. I woulda at least done that to take all risk out of spraying your car.

I understand what everybody is saying about covering up perfectly good LEDs but to me it looks nice...why do you do the stuff to your Zs that you do? because you like it and it's YOUR Z to do what you want. I wanted mine black so i made em black...no need for anymore insults on whether I know what I'm doing or not or whether my Z looks nice or just looks plain ricer like some people put it...if anybody wanna tell me about my car or give me hints you can PM me...if not then no need to continue having posts that Im dumb to black out my taillights or idk what I'm doing.
