Yea V2's are pretty low..I used to scrape mine all the time, but still somewhat drivable.
I don't think anyone here can beat Rickdogg's car when it comes to lowest ride height

Here's mine in my driveway...I'm getting Greddy Evott exhaust and resonated test pipes in a few months.

 

Just letting you know you'll lose NOTICABLE low end power with Greddy TT..
That exhaust was specically made for F/I application and isn't really suitable for NA with its 3" pipings.

 

Shariff installed the greddy evott exhaust on an 07 and gained 10whp....he lost 1-2whp in the low end...nothing NOTICEABLE buddy...and besides shariff also installed test pipes on that same car and totally regained that whp. The car belongs to Rogue350z.
EDIT: the piping is 2.75" on the greddy evott

 

I've been in a Z with TT and felt the low end lag. 07 might be different like you've said.
Ultimately it's your choice and hope the low end loss if minimum like you said.
One thing though, the TT sounds good

 

Yea I'm either going to get the evott or evo2, but the evott has some very sexy exhaust tips...titanium and inner curled.
