Howdy doody!!! As a few of you may know i just sold my last Z to a memeber on here and i purchased a Interlagos Fire 2006 Z with 78k miles. When i bought the 06 i noticed it had a borla catback and a plenum spacer on it and nothing else had been touched. (very tastefull mods) Heres a pic or two of when i drove it home a few months ago.






^ Thats my previous 03 in the background... it had 170kmiles. Ya... thats y i got rid of it but the guy that has it now loves it and its still truckin!

Heres a few pics of the paint imperfections that where on the roof/hatch (now)


^ If you look closely youll see all the small tiny bubbles under the clear coat, the cancer is starting to blister as you can see and getting bad.


^Here the hatch... The primer you see is where i shaved the wiper since im about to paint it all i figured might as well shave the arm instead of plugging it.
But here you can see the bubbles. me and my painters have no clue as to why it did this only on the hatch and roof except for sun beaten and neglect on washing the car..

 

Here is how it sits now... I transferred the Brembos w/ Z1 upgrade from the 03 as well as the exoticspeed catback. I have also installed a Momentum performance intake on the car and love it!







I Have had 19x10.5 19x11.5 +15 Work Meister S1R's on order since September 5th and im hoping to have them in by december. i also will be getting the car painted by my co workers since im a body tech at a dealership collision center (pics soon). also i have Blitz cf spoiler with cf instert awaiting install once i get the sitting right.

I really could careless. If u get the right buyer where I don't lose my **** on a BNIB part then sure... It'll help with the wheel/tire fund. If not then ill put it on later.

 

That explains why i've been seeing a different color Z in your parking lot. From a distance I thought it was a Brickyard. Good to see you upgraded to a newer Z.

I forgot to mention... It's a Touring model with Navi etc.. Since i put brembos on it all I need is the GT wheels and it'll be a GT. I love cruise control! Going from a base to this is amazing lol

It's a pretty rare color. I've only seen one other in person - a guy over in Lafayette area had it.

Lol ya I made the mistake of buying springs first. Then I sold the s-tune set up and got bc coils. I love them. They've been from the dragon all they way to Houston and every state in between lol

I thought I saw an IF at the dealership the other day ( I pass on Sherwood on the way to work).

I notice a nice MDX antenna made it onto the new car

 

Yup that's me! And it's actually a s2k antenna wish I could've kept that antenna. I have another $5 maybe $10 if you have another. All in ones... Lolol!
