Alright guys question. I have the opportunity to trade my miros for some volk gtcs. yes i know right... but heres the catch. the volks are a little beat up.
My wheels/tires
miro 398 matte black ($900ish)
sumitomo htr 3 tires ($866 still brand new basically)
his wheels/tires
volk gtc 19x9.5/10.5 (he's not sure of the offset)
245/35 275/35. rear tires are new nankangs, front tires are 80% continentals
curb rash on pretty much all the wheels, front right has a very slight bend that does not leak at all
also, can anyone confirm the 9.5/10.5 specs maybe by lip size or something?
here are pics:
front right (bend in top right) :

volks are good but that model doesn't really flow with the Z but they're not that bad. you can know the specs by taking one wheel off. in the should say offset- with and all that. It's your choice if you like them go ahead.

So straight trade? I would start looking for a wheel fix plaice and get a quote on refinishing those wheels....
Also have him take them off to figure out specs so you can garage fitment before hand

I would say no. I get that you are trading up in brand but I really like your wheels with your Z and those look pretty beat up from the picture. They obviously weren't taken care of. That's a close call. If he lives close by ask if you can test fit them to check them out.
Good luck! I've been using some cheap stuff and damn its dififcult. I managed to get the bottom piece done in just over 3 hours
Granted it was my first try...
Will have to wait for another day to attempt the top piece.

I couldn't get the photos of the Volks to load, but I don't have to see them to offer my opinion that GT-C's are a step in the wrong direction aesthetically, and if they are heavier than your current wheels that's even worse. If they were in great condition and were good offsets, I'd say trade straight up and then flip them for something else in the same price range. But otherwise stick with what you have.

The top is easy. Shifter area is a PITA. For the top piece though, I took the gauge pods out. They were glued in but mine just popped off with no problems. I didn't even have to re-glue them and they're being held in place fine with just the screws. Anyways, removing the gauge pods made it a lottttt easier.
