Not into the whole "JDM thing" as a societal fashion statement nor a validation of quality but.....

The above is not the same exhaust as the one preceding it (same set up but different set)...

As the pic below illustrates.

There are other components in both cars not shown for "privacy reasons"...

Cheers,

Mic

true, but you're coming into this forum a decade late tbh.. all the folks that have been around the longest and had the nicest rarest parts are long gone by now in other car platforms.. or just don't care to post here much anymore. I've been around quite awhile.. but there are many vets that have been around far before even I... most of them are done keeping up threads here tbh.

I know what you are saying. I have been visiting this forum for more than ten years. Granted, I was not visiting daily for a few years there, but I don't really think that matters… My point is that I remember the guys who used to refuse to cut corners on their builds. Yes, many of them have moved on and/or do not post as much anymore, but I do not see that as a reason not to encourage the members who are now buying legitimate parts from legitimate Japanese companies to post up their parts. I feel like every other thread in the classified section is a thread from a vendor who sells knock-off and replica crap for this platform. Just because the Z has gone down in value and there are younger owners doesn't mean that there are not still members on here who take pride in their builds. I sold my first Z a number of years back and moved on to a few different projects and then, a few months ago, came back to the Z33 simply because I love this car. I understand that my modifying mentality is probably not the popular one around these parts these days, but I can say that I will not modify my Z with any replica parts. My goal in creating this thread was to simply encourage the members who are proud of the fact that they have not cut any corners on their builds to post up their parts. I hope people continue to do so…

(If nothing else, I enjoy looking at some of these parts/cars. )

i understand, just giving you an explanation as to why its going to be a slower moving thread w less posts than you perhaps expect. The number of quality Z33 builds right now is extremely low.

Yes, true, but Brian is at the crazy-extreme end of the scale.

Us people in the fat middle of the spectrum just ain't nutz enough.

Nice ride, stogey.
