It is a truck first and foremost. You cant excape the heave truck frame.
4800 to be exact.
As for the superchip, yes... it keeps my air fuel mixture on the right curve so its great for me. As for the 98 f150, it depends, its not going to be a big diffrence, unless he has other things on it.
