Was lucky enough to get off work early the day my local nissan dealer got their first 350Z. I did not order one because I was already driving a Maxima and have a 69 Camaro SS, plus the pics on the web were somewhat pathetic at displaying the real beauty of this car. Once I saw the car on the lot, it was over! I had to have it. I had to either live with the options or let someone else have the first 350Z in town. As you can see, I was the first . My Z is a touring model with a lemans sunset finish, 5AT, Bose 240 watt system, Orange leather interior, and all other options I know of except the navigation system. I would have preferred the 6 speed manual with 18" wheels, but the options I did get allow my wife to drive it, which helped talk her into letting me buy it.

Where in Iowa do you live? I moved to California from Davenport three and half years ago.

 

I also saw a Leman Sunset model while picking up my plates at the dealer today, and I must say, it's a unique and pretty looking color .
