btw very important question. was a david wilson (f550) among the club members? i met him when he owned the f355. very nice guy.

 

If it is the black 550 convertible, then yes. The drive I am talking about was in the west desert. It was so fun.

i have been there before.

i don't know if its black. but he used to have a red f355 and his car was rearended. the fix was much too expensive so he opted for a new f550. that is all i know.

I would love to have the chance to play around with a Berlinetta or a Modena on a back road. I don't recall anyone claiming they run their Z with the Ferrari club at Daytona Speedway...do you? Very true, it burns me up to know that a 25,000 dollar WRX can hang with my 35,000 dollar Z, but that doesn't mean i'm going to say it has no right to run with me on a back road. Granted, I know the price difference is quite different, but does a 70,000 dollar Viper or a 55,000 dollar Z06 have any more right to run with a 200,000+ dollar Ferrari than we do? Too-Shay (if you just thought of messaging me about my spelling...slap yourself 4 times and throw yourself out the front door - no kidding).

Does mute=moot? Comparing a Z to a ferrari is like comparing a Kinkade to a Van Gogh, both beautiful to look at but while one is a great painting, the other is a masterpiece, evoking a stronger emotional response. Maybe this whole discussion is mute, or is it moot.

From experience no matter what car you have a G or a Z i've realized that no matter what car you compare it to the G or the Z is going to win but only fourms!!!??? Man people on this board comapre a Z to Modena??? Come on!!! Just cause it has 2 seats means you can compare the two??? Be realsitic, think about it!!!
