I am ordering my 05 Roadster on Monday. I am still up in the air on color and running out of time! When I first saw the pictures of the orange leather seats and the ventilated ones I didn't really like them. Now, the more I look at the pictures they seem to grow on me. Especially since I am considering the black interior which the orange seems to break up the all black. I am looking at the Silverstone exterior color and possibly going with the black interior and the orange ventilated seats. It just seems like a bold color and I want to make the right choice.

If you have the orange seats let me know how you like them and what kind of comments you have received as far as people liking the color of the seats or hating it. Thanks!

 

I have orange coupe seats and i love them. They make the Z looks really great IMO. I would reccomend you going to a dealer to see the ventilated seats in person.

 

I love my seats, and they keep your back cool. I show my car about once every two weeks and have heard nothing but positive remarks about them. They are an excellent match to the silverstone exterior.

 

We absolutely LOVE our seats... get tons of compliments on them, everyone seems to really like the color.

Our leather upholstery was aftermarket though, it was done by Cole Brothers. Most 350Z owners comment that they like the leather on our seats better than the stock leather, as do we.

 

Burnt-orange is not orange-enough for me; at times, looks tan. Just rec'd bright-orange seatcovers, shift boot, and leather for steering wheel.

 

I have orange seats as well, although not stock. Kinda hard to keep clean all the time...that is my only concern. I get lots of compliments though!

 

were those pics taken right after they were installed? They look very loose and wrinkled.

 

Yes, that was when we first got the Z, but the leather was then (and still is) INCREDBILY tight. Guess the photo just gives a false appearance.
