Ya guys...it was a blast! Nice meeting everyone. Took me 5 times to get into the 13's but I did it

sorry i had to head out early. i enjoyed it but i regret not running. it was so ****ing cold too! next time i think i will run a few times just for fun.

Chris, i left your tools with Charles since you were running at the time. I would have called you and let you know but I didn't have your number. Hope they got back to you alright. Really appreciate you bringing them out man, even though i didn't use them .

I had fun but was kinda sad b/c my last run started out so good and then i missed 2nd...my 60 was 2.1 on that run...i was so excited b/c i was right next to Chris still...then oops, where is 2nd...o well. I'm happy that i ran some 13.90's, only two passes in the 14s, 14.2 and 14.4 , bad launch and had to get out of it b/c the wheel hop was really bad and then the missed 2nd that i gave up on about 100 yards from the end. At least my car has cool wheels on it, i'm happy about that.

 

well first time running an MT was a humbling experience. i actually ran better with tcs on then with it off. 14.74 @ 98mph was my best run with a 2.38 60ft with tcs turning off and on until 3rd. other then that it was wheel hop city for me. i need lots of practice. it was a blast guys, hope to do it again soon.

 

That was my fear. I'm such a newb with a MT so I decided that I would rather get better at shifting fast in normal driving and being massively hungover didn't help lol

 

With better launches and faster shifting, a few of the Z's that raced today should be around my times. I hope to see you guys improve soon. The next one will probably be in March, so watch for that..

It seems like the audio is off the burn out you here is my car leaving the line but when you play the video it is 3 second behinde. I am uploading it again to see if it will sinc up

I was doing that a lot, i wasn't trying to get a great reaction time, just wanted to get a good launch. I sat there for a good 3 or 4 sec once...i think i heard one of the guys that controls the tree yell at me to go. hahahaha

Oh yeah, helmets suck, my two best runs were with no helmet...thanksfully my windows are painted black and they couldn't see that i didn't have it on.

 

Yea I saw that a few times and was like

I saw a bunch of ya'll having wheel hop and traction probs as well.

Next time I'll run since by then I'll hopefully have auto-x'd once and gotten my fronts replace as well.

 

too bad i didn't run but once... hahaha... i'll have to catch you guys next time... truth is... i didn't want to embarrass you... lol... i'm just kidding...
