Let's just get out there and have fun. Depending on how many people show up to race, we may have more prizes for 2nd and 3rd places.Also, with bracket racing, either the track will have to accomodate their timing system just for us (which they won't do), or somebody will have to manually see note who won. Bracket racing becomes complicated as you need to do a couple of preliminary passes to get your dial-in and then somebody has to keep a record of if they are qualified for the next round or not.
So, we'll just stick to heads-up racing. We'll do a couple of passes just to get warmed up. Then I'll set up a tournament tree, with people being randomly assigned to each other. Whoever comes out on top wins, and we'll figure out 2nd and 3rd places also. Don't just quit racing if you are out, but continue to race for fun.
As far as pictures go, you don't HAVE to take pictures. I'm sure we'll have spectators or friends of racers who'll take care of that. Just make sure they're actually good pictures/videos where you can actually see the cars and get good viewable (read: enjoyable) quality vids.

Actually, Tony and I discussed this. If we don't get too many Zs, Gs, and S2Ks, then this will be open to public. However, we have to make sure that Zs and Gs come first, no matter what. Then after us, will be the cars in our class like the S2000 and STi. After them will be the others like Civics and such.

Again, guys at Jotech and I are still working on the details for this event. I met up with Tony today and I asked if we (racers only) could get a little something just for participating and he agreed on free shirts for all! 
Also, try to bring your friends and get them to race also. The more the merrier, right? For sure, the NA Zs, Gs, and Ss will be in the same class (Bolt ons). As far as STis and Evos, we're still not sure and of course FI'd Zs will be in the FI class. Other cars are encouraged to race, but may or may not be in our tournament tree.
So, free shirts for all racers, free entry for the first 20 racers to show up at Jotech, and prizes for 1st place winners in each class (maybe even 2nd and 3rd places, depending on how many show up).
