a bunch of the 300ZX guys have been wanting a get together/cruise, so we are doing the same cruise we have done the last 2 years...i'm sure a few of you have come to this before

ok guys, here are the details of the cruise for Sunday January 27th...

Start location: Tinseltown movie theater on intersection of I-10 and
Grand Parkway (aka hwy 99)
Meeting time: 11 am
Depart time: 12 pm

we will be meeting at the Tinseltown movie theater parking lot at the corner of I-10 and Grand Parkway (aka hwy 99), which is out in katy...we will meet at 11 am and wait till everyone gets together...we will leave the parking lot at about 12pm noon and head out for the cruise...we will be cruising through some nice country roads to a BBQ place called The Swinging Door...we'll eat, talk Z's, and have a good time...i'm estimating the cruise and lunch will end at about 2:30-3 pm approx

i have attached the route of the cruise from the movie theater, along with some maps (thanks to mike for providing these last year--i hung on to them for just this reason)...print yourself out a copy...this is the same cruise we have done the last 2 years...although it is predicted to be sunny that day, i would recommend that you bring a jacket just in case (i know i was freezing last year and i didnt have a jacket)

this is a great opportunity to come out and meet some fellow Z'ers...i know everyone has been wanting a meet and get together, so here it is... i want to see everyone there! even if you don't have a Z, bring whatever you have...tell your friends or whoever to come out, no matter what they drive! i hope to see some of you there next sunday

the weather report says cloudy and in the mid 60s for sunday...so the cruise is def still a go...as long as it doesnt rain, we'll be there

Loved meeting Leo and Ryan (G35s) and Tony and Terry (300ZXTT). Got a charge out of tailing the Lotus (he's a big former Z owner). Stayed with him (sorta) in the straights and got light in the pants on the curves.

Same here Trav. It did turn out to be a nice day,good people and nice rides!
A few of us agreed that the cruise could have been a little longer(faster ooppss)
but overall a good day!
