I wanted to post up some information on a car show that will be going on in July. July 19, 2008 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hella Shrine Temple in Garland, Texas. 2121 Rowlett Rd, Garland, Texas 75043. I attached the show flyer at the bottom of this.

To give a little background, Ronnie Lerma was a Garland Police Officer who died on September 12, 1998, and was a car enthusiest himself. We put this show together to honor him and his family.

All of the money raised and earned during the event goes to Garland Fraternal Order of Police, which is an organization that provides legal coverage for officers.

Early entry fee is $15.00, and should be paid by check and mailed to the address on the registration form, which can be found at the following link. http://www.garlandfop.org/events.htm

Last year we had just a few cars short of 100, but hope to get at least 200 this year. Sport City Toyota/Scion and HOOTERS will be a couple of our sponsors for this event, and we are working to get several others.
