Worst, Worse,..I always get it mixed dang it. Nothing bad about here, I meant over there there Texas region is even more dead then over here. 3.5.0 you better be there this time, yes that's a demand! If you considered going to the track on Saturday I may go!..

 

Yeah, TX sub-forum is pretty dead here (hence my other thread). It sucks, but oh well. Nothing we can do except try to revive it.

I would but I work at night. They are open on Friday but not Saturday? You work every Sundays? I would hate to work on weekends. What were the previous routes you guys took when there were meets 3.5.0?

 

if anyone is interested on working on their car after work today - i live really close to the meet spot - in grapevine. I plan on switching out my rear wheel studs for longer ones, maybe do a tranny fluid change and then going for a drive to figure out the route for this Sunday! i printed up some google maps and I plan on driving around looking for a good route for this sunday..

eh, i might not be coming. I got injured pretty bad last night during hockey game. i have a slight fracture in my right shoulder and going back for an MRI to check for muscle tears/etc.

as of this moment, i cant shift without wanting to shoot myself. i will be there if it feels better, if not ill have to pass (or drive the escape lol)

For the time being, yes I should be scheduled to work almost every Sunday.

Tracks don't always open on the days you expect them to be. Our track only opens on Fridays for test and tune (rarely on Saturdays - once or twice a year, I think). They're open on Saturdays, but they're not test and tune, so you can't run as much and it'll also cost more. It is bracket racing, so if you win, you get some money too. Most people, in fact, nobody, is ready for that. That requires a little more knowledge than just launching and shifting (which is hard enough for almost everybody as it is).

WELL, I HAVE SOME 10mm spacers that require longer studs that i want to use only on 1 set of wheels i have.

however, im only gonna replace one stud and see if its not TOO long, because i have another set of 25mm spacers with the studs on them, so i need to make sure the extra length of my replaced longer studs clear the cavity in my other wheels....

so tonight i plan on changing one stud, mounting my wheel back up with the 25mm spacer and then if it fits with no hitting, then im gonna replace all the rest of the studs if it works...

if not i need to buy slightly shorter longer studs, or i need to buy 10mm spacers with extended studs on them...and thats hard to find...
