gggeeeezzzz, i leave this thread for a little bit and come back to this......holy moly!


if someone doesn't like the roads! purpose a new route! take a few hours out of your day and drive around the meet spot area and find a route, post it up! and well rock it!

Remember - i asked for help on this last time on the 2nd thread for the #2 meet/cruise - I JUST MOVED TO THE DALLAS AREA, dont know my way around - thank god for oem navigation in this big city....! If we were back in San Antonio, i could come up with a cruise route in the hill country of SA in my sleep. ---- So i took the extra time to drove around lake grapevine and this route is what i came up with! for the most part, the comments from the last thread, most loved the route.

back to the topic at hand - THE CRUISE/MEET/EAT!!

Also, i updated the maps, i REMOVED the kimball road route, too much neighborhood for the 20+ cars we had last time...plus i dont think many found the lake that romantic...

i also eliminated shiloh road route and were gonna continue straight on crosstimbers - which i was told got better after shiloh.

So there it is! - no likey? make new....

I don't think it'll be as big of a turn out on this one. People expect too much sometimes. I actually like it better small anyways (a lot easier on the cruise itself). After standing outside before the cruise I'd rather eat somewhere, where we can dine in with a/c and sit down and relax.

 

I agree - I wasnt expecting much if that is what you are trying to imply... it was just a simple question.

I dont care if it just 1 Z or 500 Zs - I just plan on going and having a good time

 

Not sure if I came out as a *** or what but didn't really meant it that way, I wasn't really implying straight to you, as you expecting much. I was just stating my opinion that I don't mind the meet to be 8-10 cars as it's easier to cruise and can still have a great time.
