I don't buy tires from DT. I usually buy from Tire Rack, but since they have price match guarantee, I'll start using DT when I get new tires. I go to 1 DT for all my wheel/tire work.
DT will fix flats (if possible) for free, no matter where you bought them or mounted them. I got my rear tire patched 2 weeks ago there. I couldn't get the front patched today, though, since it was too close to the sidewall.

So now what, are you getting all four or just a two? What brand? If you are out of budget, look thru sumitomo HTRZIII tires. Good for budget tires, haven't really give me any trouble with my power, Can not say it handle 400 whp, because haven't really push that much at fourth gear, but it handle very well on first/second.
However, I just need the front 2. I want something with good dry/wet traction for the fronts and something that'll last me a while. I currently have the Goodyear Eagle F1s.

I had the Sumitomo HTR ZIIIs before my current Continental ContiSportContact 3s in the rear. They're great for their price, but I need something better, at least in the rear for traction issues. Although I don't spray on street tires, if I were to spray, it wouldn't hold the sudden increase in tq in 1st or 2nd. Additionally, I felt the wet traction could be slightly better, not to mention the slight lack of sidewall rigidity.

All i had was stockie and nankang ( just a rear ) and now sumitomo for while.

I've also had Kumho Ecsta SPTs, Nitto NT555 ZR Extremes, Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S, Bridgestone RE0X0, Michelin Pilot Sports, and maybe 1 or 2 more others I can't remember just on the Z. I've had my car since 05, so I had some time to burn some rubber. I went through street tires like cheap, dirty hookers because I was raping them at the strip pretty much every time it was open for almost 3 years. I've since had Hoosier slicks and now MT ET Streets.

Travis, you think you could borrow one? I'm itching to again and should be free next time anyone plans to go. I'm glad I don't need a helmet.
Does anyone know what it costs to run? It looks like $10 to get a tech card, but is that all you have to pay?

I'm pretty sure I can go on Sunday. I think tomorrow I'm going to sort all my coins, that way I have more spending money. I think I actually have the $20 in quarters rolled up already. Unfortunately I don't have a helmet, but if I ever do a track event at MSR or Eagles Canyon, and I get one for that I will let you borrow it whenever you might need it. Dallas Raceway doesn't rent them like Ennis I assume?

Well I feel stupid, just filled up the tank all the way, but at least it's 93. The drive over there should take some gas. I have my spare tire in the back now though, wonder how that will affect things. Does anyone know if tomorrow will be a big day attendance wise?
