So the weekend we have all been waiting for is finally upon us. Stance of the Union has gone from being a designated time for people to get together, into a full-blown weekend extravaganza. Here is what the weekend will look like:

For those of you coming in from out of town, A-Loft Hotels (a subsidiary of the W Hotel) has extended us an incredible discount of $69.00 / night to stay at their very plush location in Frisco, Texas. This is a mere 15 minutes away from the meet location. Simply call 972-668-6011 and ask for the Stance of the Union rate. They have set aside 10 rooms for us but can set aside more if they get booked. Contact Ben Terry (SN: Jedidiah) to help if needed. A quick description of the hotel:

Friday – Oct 16th – A-Loft Lounge Meet and Greet — 8-10PM

We will be having a “meet and greet” at the modern A-Loft Hotel Lounge. This is for all the out-town folks arriving early and the Dallas regulars to put names to faces and get to know one another before the big event. A-Loft has graciously extended Happy Hour prices for us until 10pm and has reserved a big section for us as well. This will be a great time for people to relax and extend friendships beyond our online personalities. I’m sure people will be up to partying into the night for those looking to do so. Definitely has the making of being quite memorable.







Saturday – Oct 17th — Stance of the Union – Noon-4PM

Stance of the Union will re-set the bar of what a car event should look like. We hope everyone comes out early to experience this event in full, and intends to stick around as there won’t be a moment to miss.

theres going to be TONS of TEXAS OU fans staying at that hotel..news mentioned hotel already filled up.. this is going to be quite interesting..

I used to be "flush" or whatever that is....but now I'm all grown up and drive my car much higher....lol. Yeah I used to be bagged & bodydropped & big rims, yo! Now I just buy OEM performance parts....lol.

I'll try to stop by though, I might take all of my coils out of my car before I show though....j/k.

 

THANK YOU EVERYONE for making this an awesome meet. We really didn't know what to expect for this type of event, and we're glad everything went smoothly for the most part. Police that came were very friendly and understanding, and once we cleared the street they were satisfied and left. The amount of super high quality cars with aggressive fitment wheels and flawless execution had me in awe. My jaw literally dropped when I looked down the street from the entry point and saw nothing but a long line of stanced cars.

Event was awesome! Lots of sicks ride. Makes me sad to look at mines after leaving that meet. Srsly.

 

I dont see why..urs was on display and it looked syck as always.. for being on springs, it looks damn good IMO.. There were some that a little more agressive for my taste but in all - All the cars looked fantastic. Im so glad I went cause when the pics come out...everyone will be OOOH'ing and Ahhhh'ing on what they missed out on..

 

Yeah, let's rub it in.

I had other matters to tend to so I couldn't go. I did go to the 2 evening meets, though, to make up for the other 3 that I missed out on earlier.

 

event was off the chain. Friday meet and greet was great to out some names with faces!! the rides were ridiculous!!! the event was so good my wife had no problem spending our anniversary at car events all weekend. for those that didnt go to the drift event you missed out!!!! 7 cars drifting tandem at one time. plus my wife road in one of the cars no she has the stanced vip and drift bug!!!! great now i dont get to spend car money on my own car anymore!

 

i need a website to host my video's of the event or someone to host for me!
