Guys,
I'm starting at Texas Motor Speedway this week. I'll be on the media relations staff, but I'll see if there is anything I can do for the my350z crew.
I hope everyone can make it out, this will be the first time we have drifting at TMS and it should be a lot of fun.

This was quoted on another forum...thought it might spark some discussion.
im stealing this to paraphrase my point, though this is totally taking what you posted out of context.
This hits it right on the head why people don't come out to car shows very often. The overwhelming thing I hear is 'my car isn't good enough to win' or 'my car isn't up to the standard of yours so I'm just going to stay home'
I can think of a whole bunch of people who come out to routinely show their vehicles who don't ever win a damn thing. They do take pride in their cars and have just as good a time as I do at the shows even though they don't walk away with lots of hardware. Part of having a good time at the show is investing the time in getting your car competition ready, even if you don't think you stand a chance, judges have a way of throwing serious curveballs
Don't think either car is done enough to win...
