Hey Michael,
Can you elaborate on the membership that is required to be purchased for your club....basically we have to join your chapter and then we will save like $10 per event....but wasn't there mention of the first event being free ?
I just want to clarify this for peeps on our Facebook page....there has been a few asking to join a chapter and which one.
Thanks,
Chris

Hey Chris
Instead of paying $48 for a year's membership, and then paying $30 for the event, now people can just pay $48 for the membership AND the event.
Basically, they'll only be paying $18 for a year's membership, and that pays for itself in two events.
It's the best way to enforce National's new membership rules, and not cause people any additional financial pains.

Where can I find the info for different class specs? For example... are you bumped out of "stock" class with coilovers? I know the tires are 140 tread rating and up are "street".
Not sure if I'm asking very clearly or not. I've yet to be able to get into autoX like I intended.

I don't think that the Coilovers change your class in the BMW group.....they are not full SCCA regulation.....at least I don't think so.
I would think your Z would run in Class 2 or 2R if you have R-comps.....otherwise it is all about you !

Thanks Chris. I actually found the regulations and was reading them as you replied. It seems as though the only limitations are engine displacement and tires. That's how I thought I remembered it, but for some reason I thought I heard of changes.
If I'm ever able to get into it this year then I won't have to worry about what suspension mods I decide on.
