Default Hou: Dyno Day (Aug 4th)

Ladies & Gentlemen... The Z Club of Houston and SeriousHP are coming together to host a Dyno Day on August 4th! Come out to SeriousHP and strap your car down to their DynoJet 248 Dynamometer and find out if all that money, sweat and blood was worth it! The Z Club of Houston will have food & drinks available throughout the event.

- Serious HP: is located inside a gated facility to increase security and privacy. Please come inside the gate and find a place to park the ride. We encourage everyone to back their car in the open spots to keep everything organized. There is plenty of parking spaces. Please help keep it organized.

- Dyno: The Dyno will be ready for anyone to who wants to strap their ride down on the machine. The dyno will be operational at the start of the meet, so form a line at the garage door. Please back into the dyno, then pull out forward once you are done. You will get 2 pulls for (approx $35.00) plus a A/F sheet with your results.

What: Z Club of Houston Dyno Day
Who: Welcoming all Datsun, Nissan & Infiniti Enthusiasts
When: August 4th, Saturday @ 10:00am - Approximately 3:00pm

Rules and Safety:

- Be respectful of all persons and rides.

- Keep it safe entering and exiting the facility. When you're fast, there is no reason to show-off. It's the folks trying to prove something that always push it. This is a great location on a private gated lot.

- Get home SAFE!

Gonna start a list! Who's 100% in?!

Robert, what shops did you have in mind and how many people would you expect to attend? I visited the Z Club of Houston website but there doesn't seem to be very active. I would be very interested in attending and dynoing depending on the shop. Powerfab or South Side Performance have my vote.

Dont' let your possible numbers push you away from dynoing owners! It's not a bragging competition. Its an event to have fun and see where your car is at.

Jtran gets my vote also, especially since he has a HUGE lot for the cars.

Sent the info to the Z Club's President. Hopefully hear back and lock this in. Need more cars though that want to be Dynoed. Location selected was SeriousHP off of 290. A short drive from Vintage Park. This way those that attend C&C can drive to the shop.

AWESOME!!!

Thinking maybe a cruise afterwards or those that are interested. Maybe somewhere South for dinner. We'll see! Just really hoping Houston comes together for the dyno day as they are A LOT of fun!

Hey Robert, are we dynoing our cars ourselves or do we hand the keys over for the shop guys to do it?

I'm not sure. However I never heard of a shop not letting the owner do their pulls.

Oh ok. You posted "Please back into the dyno, then pull out forward once you are done" so i wasn't sure if we had to do it ourselves or not. I would rather they do it too be honest lol

If you want them to do the pull I'm sure it won't be a problem.
