I can do the leg work on this one, Travis.
So, are we set on having it on the 12th?
As far as meet time, I figure we can set it at our usual meet time of 3PM. I'm assuming it'll take us about 1.5-2 hours for 3 sessions for 1 group.

I'll need a head count by the week of the meet so I can let the facility know, which should help us cut down on waiting time and also keep us together in a group.
BTW, I highly recommend you get the Groupon deal that AllstarE4 linked above. I have a $5 off coupon I was going to give everyone (3 races for $50 - $5 + tax = $16.24/race) but no longer necessary since the Groupon one is better deal (4 races for $44 with no tax = $11/race) than all but their most expensive package deal they offer at the facility (50 races for $500 = $10.72/race after discount and tax).
