FS: 2010 Nissan Xterra Off Road model
Name: Mike Pratt
Location: Richmond, VA
Means of contact: PM or thread
Price: $23,000 no trades
Description:
I purchased this Off Road model Xterra brand new in September 2010. It currently has 24,465 miles on it. 4.0 VQ40DE with 265 hp.
From the factory, it came equipped with:
This truck has been extremely reliable and very affordable. I have always personally maintained it meticulously according to the factory specifications, ensuring it was done properly. It has been a great truck and the only reason I am selling it is because we have a growing family. It has a leveling kit on the front and +2" shackle on the rear. The tires are 285-75-16 (one size up from stock) Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs, kick *** all terrain/mud terrain hybrids. Other than that this truck is all stock.
There is a loan I have to pay off, credit union currently holds the title.
No accidents, single owner

yep, payoff is $22,500, but I expected from the start to make a deal at or below that, hoped for $23k though haha. It's priced pretty fairly with KBB last I checked. I'm not going to take a beating on it, but I can do a pretty fair deal if you are serious. Make me an offer.
