Hey pumped.....IMO bad Idea your trim is textured which means the paint will not addhere to the surface (the same problem applies to textured bumper's) Hey It might even melt or distort the cheap plastic......Hope to see you at one of the friday night meets at Glory days.

OK I see then what about fiberglassing ? man I just need to change the look
You can paint the interior pieces.. I have done it on prior cars without issue... even after a few years. It all comes down to prep work. Proper preperation of the surfaces to be painted (light sanding, primer etc.) is key. There are allot of places in N.Va that can do it for you. Maybe you could try D&V auto in Chantilly.

what I have planed is DB from the guage pods all the way back to behind the seats and over the hump. then DB the strut tower only leaving the sides of the panals black. sides of the dash in front of both seats black tops of the doors black but lower parts DB.
I just didnt want to much DB so its really only center dash back , rear parts beind the seats, lower part of doors and strut tower.
got a # for D&V auto
