I think that would make a great practical joke. Sneak over to someone's car at night and install, especially if they have a high end car.
My buddy just got a e55, I think that might be the perfect candidate.
Last year we installed underbody neon on a friends honda accord station wagon while he was out of town. We hooked it to the brake lights, so he went a full month with neon flashing under the car before his wife noticed when he pulled into the driveway. It had us laughing for the entire month.

Hey Toby,
Meet starts at 1:00 PM, though it usually takes awhile for everyone to get there. There were people showing up for a good hour or two last year.
