If there is even 1 dark cloud in sight they will close. Crapitol is so lazy with stuff like this, a little over a month ago, on a Sunday test and tune, it was an abnormally hot 45-48 degree day, perfect for racing, tons of people showed up, and they never opened due to "cold conditions"....they are gay, Ive run my car up there in 30 degree cold when I had to not powershift 2nd or 3rd cuz I would spin so bad....count on just making this a Z bar meet

aka MCCXXIII. $20 top shelf open bar happy hour in lower dupont (18th street area). Gets crazy crowded on friday nights.

 

Where is lower dupont? Is this in MD? Ive never heard of this place....

 

it's in DC - 18th street and Connecticut Ave.

 

Actually the past 4 Fridays ( man that just makes me sound horrible ) they havent been crowded at all.

 

really? Admitedly I've only been there a couple of fridays for happy hour, but those times it was packed.... kind of turned me off to the place for HH. I still go to spank every so often, but honestly, that whole place is getting kind of old.

damn it! I just picked up my helmet too. Not that I would have needed it. But still it looks cool to drive around with one on your passenger seat. I htink I might buy some shoe polish and write a time on my window anyway.

 

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. The weather channel says its thunder storming right now, even though there isn't a cloud in the sky. Hopefully the rain can hold off till about 8pm tommorrow.

I'm still hoping it doesn't rain, but if the floor is wet by the time I leave work at 4, I'll be there around 6-6:30. I guess we'll find out tomorrow if anyone else is going. I'm going to call up a good buddy of mine who I've been meaning to hang out with for a while now.
