I think they just check to see if you have a license, they won't run your record.

Like Integrity said only thing you need is a helmet lower than 13.99, and if you run 13's @ Crapitol without one, they will give you a warning and then tell you to get one, thats what they did to me last time I went out. Whats sad, is that most people will run low 14's in their Z's Keep em in the 13's !!

 

I definitely won't be running anywhere close to a 13.99 but I have a helmet I could bring for those who need it. Size L

 

Weather forecast isn't very promising. As long as its not raining when I get off work I'm still going. Even if it rains while I'm there I should be able to get atleast a few runs in before they close.

 

I've learned to not trust the weather forcast, but because there is a chance of rain, now I've got to come up with backup plans for the weekend . If it's not raining by the time I leave work, I'm definitely going. Since I'll be in my Bowie office Friday, I plan on getting there early, around 4:30-4:45.
